What I plan to do on LinkedIn™ in 2026 [+ a free giveaway!]

  1. Continue posting 7 days a week.

I don't engage much on the weekends. But when I dropped my Saturday and Sunday post times, my Monday and Tuesday posts had consistent lower reach. I have enough content to recycle, so I'm not concerned with "having to think of something" for those days.

Do you have to post 7 days a week? Or even 5? No. I explain more in my post, here: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/holly-crawshaw-joyner_do-i-have-to-post-5-days-a-week-to-be-successful-activity-7404866589860253696-pyCD?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAC4bc7gBsbw0VDkF0cI7_rRWfpbtJ8pnKPs
  2. Up my outbound.

In 2023/2024, I could post, comment, and leave LinkedIn and still receive plenty of inbound leads. That's not the way it works anymore. I spend at least HALF of my Golden Hour finding new profiles (that loosely fit my ICP) to comment on, sending DMs to profile viewers, and following up with new connections.

  3. Introduce my first-ever digital masterclass.

I built this for people who couldn't afford or didn't have time for my in-person masterclass. It covers all 6 systems I used to scale LinkedIn through videos and a participant guide. If you'd like to test Spark Your LinkedIn™ Masterclass: The Digital Edition, reply to this email. The first 10 to respond will be given FREE access in exchange for honest feedback.

Cheering for you in 2026!

You don't have to start at the beginning
Here's a permission slip most people never get on LinkedIn: You don't have to tell a chronological story. You don't have to start at the start. You don't have to give the setup, the background, the "so a little context first." You can drop your reader straight into the moment that matters and trust them to keep up. Because honestly? The announcements, the introductions, the team-offsite hype, w...
Do you know your brand relatives?
Do you know your brand relatives? Not your competitors. Your relatives. This might be the single most underrated concept in personal branding, and once you see it, you can't unsee it. Here's the family tree. Brand Fraternal Twins Same industry. Same audience. Different delivery. Think Brené Brown and Simon Sinek. Both talk about leadership and human behavior. But Brené leads with vulnerability ...
LinkedIn is a long game. The algorithm isn't.
LinkedIn is a long game. But the algorithm isn't. And confusing those two things will quietly wreck your momentum. Here's the mechanic almost nobody talks about. LinkedIn's feed system actively retrieves content from roughly the past 30 days. That's the window it's working with when it decides what to surface and to whom. Which means: If you disappear for a month, you're not "slowing down." You...
